Popular Samsung models like the Galaxy A06, F16, A36, S24, and S25 are available. Each has its own monthly starting price depending on the model and tenure.

How do I apply for a phone on instalments?

Just follow these 5 simple steps:

1. Choose your preferred Samsung phone
2. Apply online by uploading NIC, address, and income proof
3. Receive a collection code
4. Pay the first instalment and collect your phoneC

What documents are required for the application?

You’ll need to upload:

1. Your National Identity Card (NIC)
2. Proof of address (e.g., utility bill)
3. Proof of income

How is the monthly instalment calculated?

Instalments are calculated based on the phone price, a small additional fee (e.g., Rs. 3,800), and an interest rate ranging between 20% and 30% per annum. The calculator on the page helps you estimate your payment range instantly.

Do I need to make a initial payment?

Yes, the first instalment must be paid when collecting the phone. This acts as your initial payment.
If the loan tenure is over 12 months, you will need to pay at least 10% of the phone’s value as an initial payment.

How long can I take to repay the loan?

Repayment tenure depends on the phone price:

• For phones priced below Rs. 100,000, available options are 3, 6, or 12 months.
• For phones priced above Rs. 100,000, you can choose from 3, 6, 12, 18, or 24 months.

What are the available payment methods?

Monthly instalments must be paid via auto debit from your bank account.
Setting up direct debit on the Helios platform is mandatory during the application process.
Other methods like online bank transfer, Cargills, or AFC branches may be available for exceptional cases but require special approval.

How soon can I get my phone after applying?

Once your documents are verified and approved, you’ll receive a unique code. You can then walk into a Samsung dealer, pay your first instalment, and collect your phone.

Is there a physical branch I need to visit to apply?

No. The entire application process is done online through the Helios platform.
